The hostess was a bit rude when we asked not to be seated at a small table but her eye roll attitude and I'll see what I can do did not take away from the delicious food we are served. You encounter rudeness many places atleast our waiter Vance and food made up for her attitude.
We got lucky and it was not busy for a Friday night. Seated right away, and our server Josh was on point. The kitchen was cranking quickly and our entrees were served surprisingly fast. We had the Spicy Chicken Fusilli (think Buffalo Wing only better full profile of flavor) and Sausage and Ricotta Fusilli. Loved them both! A casual family friendly atmosphere, with top level flavors. I would definitely come here again.

Love the foods. We always go to the middletown location since we love the food, but we were meeting family member at Woodbury so we recommended cosimo's in Woodbury location. Good choice. Love the foods, love the staffs. Cosimos never disappoint.
Our waitress Brittany was incredible, very sweet and personable! I will recommend this restaurant to everyone, this pizza is to die for and the desserts are outta this world!!!!! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu
Came here on Saturday night and it was packed but it was quick to get seated as the place was pretty big with outdoor patio too. The pasta and sauce was really good. We enjoyed the atmosphere and attentive service.
II had an amazing dining experience at this Italian restaurant while traveling, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and so flavorful. The ravioli was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a rich, savory filling. Beyond the incredible food, the service was outstanding. Our server, Ari, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care truly made our meal special. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine with top-tier service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!
Solid food, drinks, service and seating—indoor and outdoor patio. Ordered the WAFFLE POTATOES WITH GORGONZOLA Rosemary Garlic Fries and Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce; Caesar salad (excellent cheese), MOZZARELLA FRESCA Pizza Plum Tomato Sauce, House-made Mozzarella, Fresh Basil and Sliced Prosciutto pizza; PORK PAPPARDELLE Slow Braised Pork Ragu, Pappardelle Pasta, EVOO, Shaved Ricotta Salata; creme brulee (chef’s kiss); double espresso. Plentiful portions and enough to take home for no fuss next day lunch . Our server Gabbie was very kind and attentive even with us sitting outside (some places I’ve noticed sometimes forget about outdoor diners lol). Love it when a place gives you olive oil with bread! Great place.
